The products of OOO Empils-zinc had been registered at the European Chemical Agency under the European regulation REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals) – Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals.

This regulation aimed at production control, placement in the market and use of chemical substances inside the European Union directly applies to the wide range of manufacturers in various industries, importers, distributors and consumers of chemical products in the countries of the Community. This being the case, by all means, significant influence will be produced also on the companies of the countries outside of the European Community, exporting their products to the European market and consuming chemical substances and compositions made in Europe.

REACH requirements, which manufacturers, importers and consumers of chemical products should follow, depend on dangerous properties of considered substances, their influence on environment and health of the population, and also prospective scale of their manufacturing and use. Without registration it will not be permitted to manufacture, import, sell and use a certain chemical substance in the territory of the European Union countries.
