Empils has been organizing the annual young artists’ contests since 1998. The company’s main infrastructure is located in the capital of the South of Russia, that’s why the contest is traditionally arranged to coincide with the Rostov-on-Don’s birthday celebration and is included by the City Administration in the plan of the holiday events. Best contest drawings are published in the annual corporate illustrated calendar of Empils. In 2005 the Colors of Rostov drawings were exhibited in the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
The charitable selling exhibition of the Colors of Rostov contest drawings will be held in Rostov in 2009; the raised funds will be used for purchase of the development games for the Child Care Center No. 1.
