A new product category has appeared in the range of ZAO (JSC) Empils’ products – heat and sound insulation materials. The insulation roll on the basis of Uteplit™ glass wool fiber became the first product of the range.
Uteplit™ is a light universal material of fiber glass. It is used in those places where insulation is not under load – in wooden, metal, brick and concrete structures of all types of buildings. It is used for insulation of walls, floors, ceilings, pitched roofs, loggias and glazed verandahs, and also as sound insulation in partitions.
Use of a fiber glass insulant allows to save construction materials, reduce weight of the built structures and provide the best heat insulation. Uteplit™ is also used at the place of production – for pipe covering, air feed pipe sound insulation, and industrial equipment and installations heat and sound insulation.
Uteplit™ helps to create comfort in the premises, to cut down the costs for heating and electric power, to protect premises from cold, and during a hot season – to keep the premises cool.
Uteplit™, as well as all other fiber glass heat insulation materials, is a good sound insulator as it has a fiber structure and absorbs sound vibrations well. The insulation roll demonstrates a high chemical stability, it does not contain corrosive agents and is non-hygroscopic.
It is important that Uteplit™ is a non-combustible material, besides, elasticity of fiber glass allows to face uneven surfaces, and also to use it in structures of any form and configuration. This being said, heat insulation products of fiber glass are notable for the stability of form which they are capable to keep for a long time.
Main advantages of Uteplit™ insulation roll are optimal quality-price ratio and assurance of correspondence of conformity of actual properties and parameters of the products to the declared specifications. For clients it is important, that triple packaging protects a roll from damages during transportation and storage, and vacuum compression reduces the size of a roll and allows saving up to 45% on logistical costs.
