Victor Stolbchenko has been appointed the General Manager of Empils, one of the largest Russian manufacturers of paints and varnishes.
New chief executive emphasizes that he plans to develop Empils from the point of view of maximum improvement of its business efficiency.
Victor Stolbchenko was born in 1974, and is an engineer and hydrogeologist by training. He is married and has two children.
Major part of Victor Stolbchenko's career and achievements is connected with his activity at flagship enterprise of Novoe Sodruzhestvo holding – Rostselmash Combine Plant. Victor Stolbchenko worked at Rostselmash since 2000 where he worked his way up from the Manager of Coordination of Sales Department to the Director of Sales of Spare Parts and Maintenance Department.
