Description:
The enamel is a pigment and extenders suspension in alkyd varnishes with the addition of organic solvents, dryer and other additives.
Field of application:
The enamel is used for painting cargo rolling stock (except for refrigerator cars), containers and other metal and wooden surfaces, exposed to atmospheric influences.
Properties:
Ready to use, atmosphere resistant, remarkable for high degree of adhesion with the painted surface. Coating, consisting of two enamel layers applied to prepared primed surface, preserves its protective properties for 3 years.
Application method:
The enamel is applied by hydraulic, airless spraying, electrostatic spray finishing, dipping, flow coat methods and with a brush to prepared dry clean surface.
Solvent:
Solvent, xylene, a mixture of solvent or xylene with white spirit, RE-4V, RE-3V thinner.
