Description:
The enamel is a pigment and extenders suspension in alkyd varnish with introduction of dryer and stabilizing
substances
Field of application:
The enamel is intended for painting tractors, agricultural machinery and other metal surfaces used in
atmospheric conditions of different climate zones.
Properties:
In moderate and cold climate the coating system consisting of two layers of enamel applied to phosphated
surface processed with GF-0119 primer preserves its protective properties for 6 years and
decorative properties for 5 years.
Application method:
Before enamel application one layer of GF-0119 primer is applied to prepared surface by hydraulic and airless
spraying, with a brush, by flow coat method or by dipping.
Solvent:
Before application the enamel is diluted with solvent or Àr 120/200 nefras to achieve working consistency,
rate of dilution – not more than 30%

Warranty shelf life is 6 months from production date.
Color:
RAL 7012 dark-gray, RAL 7040 light gray, RAL150 50 60 bright green,
RAL3020 red, green cypress and other colors as negotiated with the customer.
