Description:

It is a pigment and extenders suspension in varnish on the basis of synthetic phenol-formaldehyde resins, modified with vegetable oils with the addition of solvents.

Field of application:

It is used for priming ferrous metals surfaces, copper and titanium alloys and for wooden surfaces as well.

Properties:

It has high antirust properties. The primer film is resistant to temperature fluctuations from minus 60îÑ to plus 100îÑ.

Application method:

The primer is applied to the surface by spraying, dipping or with a brush, it is possible to use a flow coat method. Before FL-03K primer application, NF-1 (GOST 1003-73) or ZHK-1 dryer is added in the amount of not more than 4% of the primer weight.

Solvent:

Solvent (GOST 10214-78 or GOST 1928-79), xylene (GOST 9949-76 or GOST 9410-78) or mixture of one of these solvents with white spirit (Ñ4-155/200 nefras in accordance with GOST 3134-78) in 1:1 ratio according to weight.
