Description:
The enamel is a pigment suspension in solutions of alkyd and melamine-formaldehyde resins in organic solvents.
Field of application:
It is used for painting of previously primed or primed and filled surfaces of cars and other industrial goods used both in weather conditions and inside the premises.
Properties:
The enamel film is resistant to temperature fluctuations from 6° below zero to 60°С above zero; it is water-, petrol- and oil-resistant.Application:The enamel is applied to the surface by spraying (hydraulic and in electrostatic field).
Solvent:
RE-1V, RE-2V — if items are painted in electrostatic field;
R-198, solvent — if hydraulic spraying is used.
Package:
Steel drums of 50 dm3 capacity, steel barrels of 200 dm3 capacity.
Storage:
Warranty shelf life is 12 months from production date.
Color:
White, white night, cherry, yellow, khaki, golden yellow, red, maroon, aquamarine, orange 121, orange RAL2004, orange RAL2008, sand, light-blue, light smoke-gray, light-gray, gray, azurine, dark blue, black, bright green and other colors as negotiated with the consumers and also according to the RAL color catalog.
